Santa Clara is a round yoke sweater that utilizes self-striping yarn and a tuck stitch pattern to create a unique look that does not require stranded colorwork. This sweater is designed to hit the top of the hip and has ¾ length sleeves with optional colorwork details at the cuffs and hem.

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5)6, 7, 8, 9, 10: 30 (32, 34.5, 37.5, 42.5)44, 46.5, 48, 52, 54.5” / 76 (81, 87.5, 95, 108)112, 118, 122, 132, 138.5 cm finished chest circumference. Pick a size with 0-2” / 0-5 cm positive ease.

Gauge: 20 stitches and 26 rounds equals 4” / 10 cm in Broken Twisted Stockinette stitch in the round taken after blocking.
Needles: US 4/3.5mm and US 6/4.0mm 24” (60 cm) and 40” (100 cm) circulars (or preferred lengths to accommodate neck, body, and sleeves), and DPN’s if desired for sleeves. Needle size may need to be adjusted to obtain gauge. The smaller needle should be 2 US sizes (0.5 mm dia) smaller than the larger needle size when gauge is met.
