This is a pattern for several Egyptian themed small patterns, made in Overlay Mosaic Crochet, working from right to left only, alternating colors, cutting off yarn after every row.
This pattern does not teach you the Overlay Mosaic Technique, although basic instructions are given.

Pattern includes row by row Written Pattern and charts with x’s for all 5 patterns and 4 transitional patterns. (9 patterns in total).

All patterns have a 40 stitch repeat, so you can mix it up as much as you would like.
The example is made with 5 repeats and a 4mm hook. This measures 100cm x 140cm.

Using different yarn and/or hook size won’t affect the design. It will however change the size and the amount of yarn needed.
