’Se son rose, fioriranno’ is an Italian saying which literally translates to ‘If they are roses, they’ll bloom’.

This is the second of three patterns that can be bought individually and are also available with a promotion as a collection called “Embraced and Entwined”.
The collection does include this scarf, the Via Appia stole and the Coppedè scarf; the three patterns are offered for sale at the discounted price of 11.00 EUR (VAT excluded).

To buy the collection you can either put the three patterns in your cart, or buy each of them separately.
If you purchase this pattern, and will later buy the other two patterns which are part of the collection, the price of “Se son rose” will be deducted from the cost of the collection.

These three patterns represent the path of love :

• the lacy scarf being the flowers on the first date,
• the cabled scarf being the stage as the two learn to entwine their lives,
• the stole as being the stage when the commitment to build something together has developed.

This scarf is worked side to side. Directions are given to shorten, elongate and enlarge the scarf; please take in account the modifications will alter the needed yardage.
The pattern has charts and line-by-line directions.

One skein of Zauberwiese Cashmere/Silk is sufficient to make either a 18-repeats of the basic version or a 17-repeats of the enlarged version of this scarf.
The sample in the first picture, 17 repeats of the larger version, has been knit with 420 yd / 384 m of Zauberwiese Cashmere/Silk.

NOTE : the “Samples_se son rose.pdf” does NOT contain directions, only pictures of the test samples, yarn amount, measurements and notes. There is NO need to print it to knit this pattern.
