Slipped stitches are an easy way to transform simple stripes into a playground of intermingling colors. This pattern will seem to dance off your needles, and before you know it you will have made your new favorite hat. Have fun experimenting with different color combinations, and let the warm wool keep you snug as cooler weather approaches.

Pattern Notes
This hat is written for one size, and doesn’t have a ton of stretch due to the slipped-stitch pattern. The hat will comfortably fit a head up to a 21” circumference. If you want to make your hat longer, you can either add additional repeats of the slipped-stitch section (rounds 15-22), or work extra rounds in main color before moving to the crown decreases. Remember, adding length will affect how much yarn you will need!
