De Segelschiff am See Shawl is made of Chefwol’s Finest combined with LangYarns Superwash for an unique and wearable shawl

The Segelschiff am See is partly named after the colorway used for the lace portion of the shawl: Zell am See from Chefwol’s Finest. The other part is inspired by sailing. The shawl is shaped after the sail from a sailboat and the lace pattern visualises the crossing of a boat in wide waters. This results in a light and wearable shawl.

Yarn:
2x 50 grams LangYarns Jawoll Superwash and 1x 100 grams Chefwol’s Finest Fingering Weight Yarn with a composition of 400-420m/100gr is being used to knit this shawl. You can swap it for every yarn with the same composition.

Gauge
In garter: 26 rows x 26 stitches = 10 x 10 cm after blocking. The shawl has been stretched while blocking to add more lenght, so stitchcount is more important for your gauge swatch then rowcount.
