An easy side-to-side pattern with flattering vertical stripes. This pattern is shown on the left in the cover picture of Designs by Judith D503. Garment is knitted in one piece from sleeve to sleeve. This is a pullover with a split neckline and a bottom band that does not join in the front, providing a loose fit similar to a cardigan.

Model was knitted with Crystal Palace’s Cotton Chenille, using 2 balls each of 5 colors plus 1 ball of another color (largest size needs 2 of the 6th color).

Back of pattern shows additional colorways (plus a closeup of the stitch pattern for the other garment on the leaflet, known as Rickrack).
