Shop the grove bag~
Named after one of my favorite shopping places in California
“The Grove”, an outside mall.

Create a ripple of textures in this really good size bag that isn’t too big to “loose” things in but is big enough to go shopping with.
In other words, it’s the perfect size~ It can even stand up by itself….

If you have not yet tried to crochet, no worries the single crochet stitch makes this an easy project to tackle. The pattern is fully written and also offers a photo tutorial and a how to video link.
The bag measures 9.5” in height without the handles, the inside of the bag measures 12.25” by 4”.

Yarn
A giant cake of Raffia made from recycled paper, coated with cellulose. 300 yards a cake in a worsted weight. It is a very sturdy “yarn”, perfect for a bag.

Notions needed
Crochet hook size I (5.5 mm) for bag.
Crochet hook size E (3.5 mm) for finishing.
A set of two bag handles 7” wide, 5.5“ height. (Included in Yarnz2go kits)

Gauge
12 sts and 11 rows in 4” in single crochet stitch
