SILVESTRA is matching perfectly my Chunky Walnut hat, if you are using the same yarn or color.

SILVESTRA is a pattern without a single purl stitch to be knit, pattern is easy to memorize and to adapt. You can lay down your project for a week, without getting lost. It´s a fast and fun knit and a perfect project for beginners!

SILVESTRA is long shallow shawl that works as a large scarf and is worked sideways. Its symmetrical triangle shape is achieved by working a lace pattern every four rows.
Pattern includes two versions - a plane version and a fun version with the added detail of bobbles.

The shawl is easy to knit and easy adjust to your liking or the amount of yarn you have, add more or less rows of the Lace Pattern, it´s all up to you. I used altogether 4 skeins of bulky weight yarn for the shown white / red version. SILVESTRA is listed for bulky weight yarn, but it could be made in any weight using needle size that gives you nice drape.

Don´t forget to soak the finished shawl in warm (not hot) water, if you are using Brooklyn Tweed Quarry.
