Simple Tunisian Bath Mat
This pattern assumes you have basic knowledge of Tunisian crochet.
Please let me know if you find any problems with the pattern - it hasn’t been formally tested. Thanks!
UPDATE - 2013/07/15*
If you would like a thicker mat, hold two strands of yarn together for the entire project. You will need at least twice as much yarn for a mat this thick.
If you would like a narrower, longer mat, decrease the amount of starting chains and then work more rows in the middle until you reach the desired length. I used 61 chains on my double-stranded mat and it worked very well.
Also, a word of caution when using jumbo/value balls of cotton - some balls have a lot less yardage than others, so you might want to weigh each skein you have to make sure you have an even amount for the double-stranded mats.
