Skill Level: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate

Materials:

• Lion Brand Wool Ease or similar Worsted Weight CYC #4 yarn in three colors (Two skeins A, one skein B and C) 197 yards each

• Size G+, 4.5mm Crochet Hook

• Darning Needle

Gauge: 14 stitches X 12 rows = 4” square
Stitch used for gauge: Herringbone Half Double Crochet

Stitches Used and Abbreviations:

• Foundation Half Double Crochet - FHDC

• Herringbone Half Double Crochet – HBHDC

• Surface Crochet

Size(s): One Size

Measurement(s): Scarf should measure roughly 92 inches long. The highest point of the surface crochet should be about 22 inches from the end of the scarf. The colorwork section is about hald the width of the scarf, which is 8 inches total.
