Snebold is the Danish word for “Snowball”. The Snebold shawl is part of my Snebold design series. The Snebold shawl is a crescent triangular slightly asymmetric shawl that have longer ends that will drape gracefully around the shoulders and keeps in place without a pin.

Work this shawl in one piece from side to side with yarn in 2 contrasting colors.

The pattern includes directions for knitting a large as well as a small shawl. Large shawl (width: 265 centimeters, Height: 70 centimeters). Small shawl (width: 165 centimeters, Height: 50 centimeters).

The pattern is written for a knitter who is able to keep track of counting (with the help of stitch markers), follow written instructions as well as follow a chart and work increases and decreases.

This pattern calls for a yarn with a yardage of approximately 385-400 meters per 100 grams. The large shawl pictured is worked in Malabrigo Mechita and silk sock from Chester Wool Company.

Materials: yarn, circular knitting needle and stitch markers.

I have a loyalty program where you can choose a free pattern after purchasing my patterns for at minimum of § 25.0.

The pattern does not include finished items yarn etc. The pattern only includes instruction for knitting the shawl.
