Be spectacular in a Specktacular! Celebrate the fun of speckle gradients with three vibrant colors, or go elegant with a neutral color scheme. With speckles, the possibilities are endless!

Construction and skills:
Though it looks impressive, Specktacular is a straightforward knit. It is knit on the bias from point to edge, with no seaming or picking up sts. Skills include knit, purl, m1, k2tog, ssk, slipping and wrapping stitches, and extremely basic intarsia (all explained in the pattern). The body of the shawl is a simple 16 row repeat (in which only two rows are patterned), and the border is a 2 row repeat. This pattern is suitable for an adventurous advanced beginner, or a relaxing project for a more advanced knitter.

Sample is shown in Flamingo Tutu Gradient, Peridot, and Azalea. Pattern includes suggestions for other color combinations and placement.
