Grab a skein of your favourite heavy Aran or a Chunky weight yarn and circular needles to make this cosy cowl.
Beautiful in its simplicity, the pattern plays on the natural slant of the diagonal stocking stitch worked next to a panel of garter to give you this elegant and fun to knit accessory.

The cowl is worked in the round using a circular or a set of double pointed needles. The pattern will naturally slant as your work progresses giving the cowl a wave at the cast on and the bind off edge.

  • Difficulty – Adventurous beginner – working in the round, simple increases and decreases and finishing.

  • Finished Measurements – 20 ½ (22 3/4) in / 51.5 (57) cm circumference and 7 ½ (8)in / 19 (20) cm tall. Shown in larger size.
