These mittens are an addition to my “Stadtschal” and “Stadtmütze” patterns and use the scraps of Ito Sensai.
In order to get warm mittens, I chose Lamana Bergamo in white as a main yarn, and Sensai will provide colourful interruptions
.
You will need 1.5 balls of Bergamo for the mittens’ original size, and scraps of Sensai (or any other kidsilk yarn) in four colours.
The pattern provides instructions for 20 cm hand circumference. If you need a bigger size, you can adjust the dimensions by simply knitting more rows on the palm side of the mittens.

There is also a free pattern for a matching beanie in my Ravelry store (“Stadtmütze”), if you want to have both the beanie and the mittens, you will require 3 balls of Bergamo in total

Enjoy!
