The Starry Starry night pattern is made with 3 sections, all knit seamlessly one after another. The pattern tells the story of the Florida Gulf Beach at nighttime. First you see the lush palm trees and sand, then the bright stars and dark sky.

The pattern is written for stroller size only, about 22 x 26.

The gauge isn’t crucial. Small stroller blankets are great for strollers and carseats and do not have to be large, nor do they have to fit exactly.

You will need about 350 - 400 yards of yarn total of 4 colors. There will most likely be a little yarn left over, enough to make a matching newborn hat.

Materials Needed:
Yarn
8” needle - circular with 24” or 32” cord
tapestry needle to weave in ends

The ability to read a chart. The design is made with knits and purls with one strand of yarn. This is not a fair isle pattern and a great way to learn how to follow a chart with one color.
