I have a dear friend that moved up to Boston and I wanted to make her a warm and cozy hat. Slouchy hats are great because they don’t give you hat hair which makes them perfect for wearing on your commute to work. Cables are always a classic so I chose them for the design element. Bulky yarn is cozy and knits up fast. Thus you have the Stephanie hat. The cables twist up the body of the hat to converge at the crown which can be worn pointing or slouchy. This hat does knit up fast making it a perfect choice for gifts.
