Summer Night is a triangular shawl worked in light super wash merino, making it ideal for wearing on cool summer nights. It features slip stitches, garter stitch, a little textured zigzag section and ribbing at the bottom. There is one chart in the pattern for the zigzag section, which is very clear and just a combination of purl and knit stitches.

The shawl doesn’t have any complicated stitches and would be suitable for an advanced beginner. But if you do have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I suggest two different colours of tonal or solid yarn and one speckled or variegated. I had approximately 30g of each skein left over. I used Madeline Tosh Sock yarn in Geode (purple), Malabrigo Sock Plumo (steel grey) and Hedgerow Yarns Sock OOAK colour way.
