I was inspired to design these socks by the lovely cheery yarn that reminded me of sunshine!

Knitting brings joy at any time, but even more so when we are facing difficult or uncertain times. The colour and design of these socks is so cheery and bright, they truly are sunshine for your feet!

These socks are knit in DK yarn which makes then a quick and fun knit! The pattern is easy to memorize and will be sure to put a smile on the face of whoever you knit them for!

After all, couldn’t we all use a little extra sunshine right about now?

The pattern is written for DPNs but can easily be adapted for knitting on circulars or magic loop.

If you prefer a tighter fabric or a snugger fitting sock, you can knit these socks on US 2.5 (3 mm) instead.

The pattern is easy to memorize with knit and purl stitches.

So go and choose some cheery DK yarn from your stash, or support one of the many amazing indie dyers or your local yarn shop and cast on a pair of these socks for yourself or someone special!
