Sweater Weather Hat was designed to use up those partial skeins from sweaters we have made. It is faded between 4 colors and topped off with a faux fur pom pom. I have included instructions to knit it using one color as well. Your hat will be as cozy as your beautiful sweater!

Materials
Yarn:
DK weight yarn
Color A: 38 yards (35 m)/17 g
Color B: 48 yards (44 m)/22 g
Color C: 48 yards (44 m)/22 g
Color D: 55 yards(50 m)/24 g
Approximately 190 yards total/85 g

You can hold fingering weight double to create DK weight (Note: This will double the yardage required).

Needles:
US 4 (3.5 mm) and US 6 (4 mm) 16” (41 cm) circular needles
US 6 (4 mm) DPNs

Notions:
8 stitch markers (1 unique for BOR)
Yarn needle
Pom pom and items necessary to attach it (i.e. needle, thread, and button)

Final Measurements:
Hat is meant to fit 20 - 22” (51 -56 cm) heads
16” (41 cm) brim circumference x 10” (25.5 cm) high (not stretched)
Body of hat circumference at widest point: 19” (48 cm)
