Swim Said the Mama Fishy is a whimsical, fun sweater that works for either boys or girls.

Go with the colours of nature for a more subdued sweater or let your imagination run wild. Kids love choosing their own colours for this sweater, so get them involved!

The sweater is knit from the top down with stranded colourwork in the yoke that never involves more than two colours at once. Long tapered sleeves end in a ribbed cuff.

You’ll need small amounts for the contrast colours, so you may even have something in your stash for those!

The pattern has been professionally graded, test knit, and tech edited. There is a schematic diagram included in the pattern.
