Pattern Details
Sybil is both a hat and a cowl. It is a hand knit tube with button placket and handmade drawstring. Just gather the string to close the top and the cowl becomes a hat!

Finished Measurements
Circumference at brim band 22” (56 cm) unstretched, 9” (23 cm) in length from brim
edge to crown; will fit head circumference of 20” – 23” (50.5 cm – 58 cm)
