T A N G T A S T I C
Tangtastic is a fun top down crescent shaped shawl with lots of two colour brioche panels interspersed with strips of eyelets and squishy garter.

Never tried Brioche before?
Well this might be the time! This is a perfect new-to-brioche project. I’ve provided lots of links to my brioche video tutorials in here so you have no excuse not to try the wonderful stitch.

Why Tangtastic?
It’s called Tangtastic, as these gorgeous yarns just made me want to bite into a lime after a shot of Tequila – if you get my drift! ;) This uses the stunningly colourful yarns of Wax Bean and Bean Sprout from Lola Bean Yarn Co.

SIZE:
Finished Wingspan at top edge: 220cm/88”
Finished depth: 50cm/20”
Measurements taken with relaxed fabric after blocking.

YARN
Lola Bean Yarn Co.
MC: Bean Sprout 100g (366m/400yds, 80% Merino, 20% Nylon)
CC: Wax Bean 100g (366m/400yds, 80% Merino, 20% Silk). Both Fingering Weight.

Sample shown in MC Agua Dulce (turquoise blue) & CC Tropical Starburst (coral orange).

MC: 2 Skeins
CC: 1 Skein

CC: 89g – 326m/356yds

While it’s great that Adella of LolaBean Yarn Co. is extremely busy dying yarn, there are sadly no kits available for this shawl. However, here’s a list of all her stockists and so this way you can support both Lola Bean Yarn Co and your LYS! Win! Win!
