I was inspired by a macramé Christmas ornament on Pinterest for the design of this Christmas tree. It is a super quick project that requires relatively very little supplies. You could use it as an ornament for your tree, or a way to spruce up your gift wrapping. You could even make it into a wall hanging by using a larger hook, thicker yarn, and larger wooden beads and rings!

Supplies Needed:

  • 4 8 mm wooden beads
  • 1 12 mm wooden bead
  • 1 1” wooden ring (optional)
  • Approximately 25 yds of size 3 or 4 cotton or cotton blend yarn
  • Size F 3.75 mm hook
  • 4” piece of cardboard
  • Fabric stiffener or a small piece of felt in the color of your yarn
  • Scissors, yarn needle, tape measure
