Tasseltastic, a fitting name for this fun shawl. The pattern is written and has a photo tutorial on how to create the fabulously chic tassels. The shawl is a fast and easy knit. It makes the perfect first lace project but will keep experienced knitters happy as well.

Yarn
Used here one Layers cake, 200 yards in 10 varying textures, colors and weights ranging from fingering, sport, DK and worsted weights. Knit kits come with Layers cake plus the special 25 yards to wrap around the tassels and the pattern by Yarnz2go.

Alternatively use your yarn stash, leftovers will work great here with 11.5 portions of 20 yards each in various weights as mentioned above.

Notions needed
US size 17 (12 mm) circular needle 32” (80 cm) in length
Tassel maker or a 9” piece of card board or gauge tool….
Darning needle for finishing
