Tatamagouche… found solitude in a lovely little park by the river, below the bridge away from the bustle of the of the busy road. Picnic tables, a landing and kayak rentals (when the Season is open). This was just the place to knit and read for a couple of days on our road trip. A trip into town for a beer and snack at the local brewery, a walk down to the old Train Station and along a lovely path by the tracks. One of my favourite stops on our Cross Canada Odyssey.

My custom dyed Fade Set from Lichen and Lace captures the tranquility perfectly. I named this Fade Set Woods. Black Walnut, Nutmeg, Ginger Snap, Shrub, Amber, and Woods in 1 ply Superwash Merino and then kicked in Mohair in Woods as well. Garter Stitch, Stocking Stitch and Moss Stitch used throughout. A bit of Mohair was added for texture as an option.
There is a 6-row Garter Stitch Band and a 12-row Moss Stitch Band.
