This is an easy double knit pattern in 2 sizes to fit bears from 12” to 17” - ideal for build a bears.

Bears come in all shapes and sizes so measure your bear before you begin (especially around the chest) and check your tension. The pattern can easily be lengthened or shortened if needed.

I used up bits of yarn from my stash to create the stripped cardi, and added some pretty odd buttons.

This is a great pattern for new knitters as its very easy and works up quickly.
