The Essential Beanie is written for beginner crocheters with less acronyms and more simple to follow sentences.
Diagrams and photos are included to help you follow along with ease.

Make beanies for the whole family with 8 sizes to fit 30-62cm head circumference.

The Essential Beanie uses 8ply (DK) yarn and can be made from acrylic, wool or a blend of fibres such as cotton/acrylic (not recommended for 100% cotton).

A single skein of 100g can make up to 5 micro-prem size beanies or 1 large adult size beanie.

Tension gauge of 22 trebles x 11 rows = 10cm square with a 4mm hook. Instructions included on how to adjust your hook size if you crochet with a tighter or looser tension.

Pattern also includes detailed measurements of head circumference to assist in making the correct size + average age for each size. Also finished beanie measurements to ensure sizing is accurate.
