The gorgeous Kelly Cowl is knitted flat, first on size 5’s, and then on size 6’s. It features one BEAUTIFUL 24-stitch keyhole cable, baby cables to border that big yummy cable, and cabled edges. It is connected with buttons; any size and as many as you would like. Sizes included: child, teen/adult, adult large/oversized. The gauge for this piece is 5-6 stitches per inch (some DK weight yarns vary). You will need up to 2 skeins (420 yards) of DK weight yarn. You will also need: size 5 needles, size 6 needles, a size 5 DPN, 2 cable needles (optional), up to 98 size 6 beads, a stranding needle, and a darning needle. The PDF includes a section of “notes” which discusses beading, bead placement, the cabled edge, instructions for the cable without the keyhole, and sizing.
