Summer is welcome this year, as home-bound folks are yearning for the outside. A great time to appreciate the loveliness of plants, trees and green grasses. This little collection, Summergreen, is inspired by such natural comforts.

Through the Foliage
This is my favorite in the collection ~ wavy lace worked from the full bottom width up to the top edge of the shawl. It begins with a crochet cast-on (instructions included - no crochet skills required) that makes pretty loops along the bottom waves. The lace pattern is easy to remember, and wrong side rows are for resting. Work from the chart or full written instructions.

The design is suitable for fingering or light sport weight yarns that will produce a similar gauge.

It is important that sufficient yarn is purchased. If you are using the suggested yarn and closely match the stated gauge, you should have adequate yardage if you purchase 2 skeins.

Materials used for sample (weighs 158g):
Fyberspates Vivacious 4Ply
2 skeins Lundy Island
A row counter is helpful for this pattern
