This beanie is very special, because it is not made the normal way (top down or bottom up). But rather it starts out as a rectangle and turns into a tied up beanie in the end.
It does not just look cool, but it also looks elegant and is functional as you can make it loser or more snugly whenever you want.
Also you do not have to frog the entire hat if the size is wrong, because all you have to do is adjust the rectangle before sewing/tying it up. That’s it! It is super easy to make and so fun. Because it has so many endless possibilities. Furthermore, this pattern always for adjustments to make it into a messy bun/ponytail beanie if needed.

I hope you enjoy making this beanie just as much as I enjoyed making it.
