Tilia, bass wood or linden trees have a distinct heart shaped leaf and with this pattern you will be able to knit your own. This pattern includes 3 different sizes of the Tilia Leaf and is easily combined with other patterns such as “Take a leaf”.
You can add these leaves to any other project - be creative!

I knitted these leaves with sock yarn, then the finished leaves turn out about 4cm/6cm/7cm long. But really you can knit these with any weight of yarn, the sizes will just be different.
