The Tilton Cowl is a cozy, bulky weight cowl that is knit in the round. Slipped stitches and garter bands provide ample texture to this simple knit. A quick and easy knit, the Tilton Cowl is based on an easy to memorize pattern.

Pattern has been both tech edited and test knitted.

Yarn Weight: Bulky
Suggested Yarn: Malabrigo Mecha, 1 – 2 skeins; Colors shown – Whales Road (single loop) and Piedras (double loop).

Needles:
Size 10.5 (6.5 mm), 24” (60 cm) circular needle for single loop.
Size 10.5 (6.5 mm), 40” (100 cm) circular needle for double loop.
Or size needed to obtain gauge.

Gauge:
16 stitches by 20 rows = 4” (10 cm) in stockinette stitch, unblocked

Finished Size: Measured flat, blocked.
Single loop: 4.5” x 10.5” (11.5 x 27 cm)
Double loop: 4.5” x 30” (11.5 x 76 cm)
