Yarn is held doubled so any chunky yarn could be substituted using approximately 625 yds. Use your creativity!

The name TreeWinder came to me some time ago. I loved the name and finally designed a pattern that lived up to the name and it is a must have accessory! It’s a chunky scarf knit with an unusual edge. The leaves grow out of the embossed knitting and wind their way around your neck.

TreeWinder is knit in a chunky weight yarn but every knitter can choose how to “grow” their own TreeWinder. Think about lighter weight yarn and smaller needles for a more delicate look.

Once you learn the pattern is is rather an easy knit suitable for advanced beginners with an appetite for adventure and an interesting piece for more experienced knitters.
