The background makes you think of Old Delft Blue tiles. I sprinkled some tulips on it. Hey, how tipically Dutch do you want it? It is an ideal cowl to give your wardrobe a year long spring feeling.
You can wear this cowl in two ways. One side with tulips and one side without the tulips.
Technically it isn’t that difficult. You should be able to knit Fair Isle and do some darning.
If you never did this before, I advise you to practice before hand.
