A rectangular blanket with bold irregular stripes in any eight colours you choose. Worked in Tunisian Crochet.

I made it for my Grandma for Christmas for when she is sitting down in her chair needing some extra comfort and warmth. It’s the perfect size to go over your lap, falling down over your legs and feet to keep you snuggly in your favourite chair.

I’ve used King Cole Big Value Chunky for the following:

  • shade 552 Petrol for A (96g, 160 yards)
  • 624 Sky for B (78g, 130 yards)
  • 1748 Damson for C (78g, 130 yards)
  • 1747 Sand for D (43g, 71 yards)
  • 1745 Bayleaf for E (87g, 145 yards)
  • 1542 Rose for F (96g, 160 yards)
  • 555 Denim for G (78g, 130 yards)
  • 1749 Rosehip for H (87g, 145 yards)

You can of course use any 8 colours of any brand you like. Refer to the material guide below as to how much of each colour you will need.
