This cute hedgehog uses a knitted loop stitch to make the fuzzy body. You could also make yours as a hedgehog doorstop by adding a weight (for example a bag of gravel) inside the stuffing when making up. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the hedgehog is knitted in aran weight yarns (worsted/10 ply) on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 4.5mm single pointed knitting needles (US 7)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Rowan Felted Tweed Aran and Patons Wool Blend Aran; up to 50g in each shade.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, and beads for eyes.

SIZES
One size only - The hedgehog is 12cm tall x 15cm long.
