Heel: Afterthought heel

Sizes: US: 7-8; 8-9 UK: 5-6; 6-7 EU: 37-38; 38-39

Skill level: advanced

Skills required: basic knitting, decreasing, basic sock skills, short rows, short row toe, afterthought heel, cable.

Needles and gauge for fingering weight
US: 1 ½ UK: 13 EU: 2,5 mm
Gauge: 14 stitches and 17 rows for 2x2 inches / 5x5 cm Stockinette/ Stocking stitch.

Needles and gauge for DK weight
US: 2,5 UK:11 EU: 3 mm
Gauge: 12 stitches and 16 rows for 2x2 inches / 5x5 cm in
Stockinette/Stocking stitch.
