What every girl needs is a lounging set, something really comfy and funky at the same time. Part two of the Ultimate Lounging Set is here! The Swing Top is super adaptable to fit your body plus it can be made in whichever yarns you have to hand, and you can make it many times over to wear in all seasons. It can be in cotton to slip over a swim suit or in silk fingering to dress up an outfit or in DK as a Winter body warmer.

The first step is to work out the gauge of your yarn, then some simple calculations enable you to work out your cast on sts and rows to work. It means you will make a piece perfectly fitted to your shape. The maths is so simple.

Starting with the neck band, the front and back are worked separately down to armhole depth before the band is joined and the remainder of the top is worked in the round. Increases are made in the centre and side of the top to give it a distinctive wedge shape.
