PLEASE READ ALL THE PATTERN INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW:

CROCHET LEVEL
INTERMEDIATE/ EASY - You will need to know how to read a pattern and have attempted amigurumi before (crocheting in the round) - Pattern starts with Magic Ring

PATTERN DETAILS:

  • This is a fully written pattern

  • The pattern is only available in English (US term crochet)

  • You will be working in rounds

  • Some stitches are explained on the first page of the pattern

  • The pattern itself consists of 6 pages (all these pages are printer-friendly)

  • HOW THIS PATTERN IS CONSTRUCTED- You will first start by making the Head, Nose, Ears, horn, and all four limbs. Once you start crocheting the body, you will start at the bottom legs, work your way up the body, and insert the upper legs as you finish off the body. The rest of the pattern is divided into sewing everything together and how to attach the mane and tail.

-WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
About 120g of yarn from your choice
Chochet hook
Scissors
Stuffing
14 mm safety eyes / 18mm for Velvet yarn
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle

  • WHAT I USED IN THIS PATTERN: These are the following things I used to make this pattern - HOOK: 3mm Crochet hook for the unicorn, 5.5mm for the mane and tail YARN: One skein of Kismet Petite for the body and a small amount for the hooves, nose, and horn. The Mane and tail I used Kismet Viva Print (In the pattern, I do have other yarn options with the hook size needed) EYES: I used 18mm “Sunked-in” safety eyes (I have included embroidery eyes in the pattern)

-PRODUCT SIZE:
The weight of yarn you use will depend on the size of your snuggler. This pattern is written and designed with double-knit/medium-weight 4 chenille yarn, with the snuggler being an average size of 30cm/ 11.81 inches. With heavier-weight yarn, this snuggler will be very big, going way past 11 inches
