Unicorn Scarf - Digital PDF Knitting Pattern

Knit your own unicorn scarf to keep you warm in the colder months, with this magical and super easy knitting kit. The scarf is knitted in super chunky yarn so it knits up quickly, and it’s great for beginners as you knit every row (garter stitch). It can easily be made longer by using more or less yarn, or shorter by using less yarn if you’d like to knit the scarf for a child. If you’re knitting the scarf for a child, embroider the eyes with some chunky yarn instead of using the toy eyes.

This knitting pattern won’t teach you how to knit, but my new book First Time Knits can take you from beginner to knitter in nine fun (and cute) projects.

RECOMMENDED MATERIALS

  • 3 x 100g balls of silver super chunky yarn - 100% acrylic
  • 1 x 100g balls of blue super chunky yarn - 100% acrylic
  • Small amount of pink and black super chunky yarn for embroidery
  • 9mm (US 13) straight knitting needles
  • Darning needle for embroidery
  • 2 x 20mm black toy eyes and washers

FINISHED SIZE: 150cm x 13cm (59.5in x 5in) making one adult size scarf, but the length of the pattern is adaptable.

SKILL LEVEL: Easy for knitters who know the basics, and can follow a pattern. This scarf is made by knitting every row (garter stitch).

STITCHES USED: Knit, Increasing and Decreasing (Kfb, K2tog and SKP), mattress stitch for sewing up.

Please note the price of the pattern will vary from country to country due to digital VAT laws. I’ll receive the same amount per sale.
