This is the male version of the sweater Vaebner.

Vaebner is the Danish word for the knight’s squire.

The sweater/pullover is worked from the bottom edge and up with multi-colored pattern stripes on the body and sleeves. The sweater has a traditional drop shoulder/set in sleeve construction. The Sweater has a folded sleeve rib with a thumb hole.

The pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 18 stitches per 10 centimeters (stockinette stitch) i.e. a yardage of approximate 90 meters per 50 grams.

This pattern includes directions for a size S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL with a chest width of 107, 113, 122, 131, 138 and 147 centimeters and a length of 65, 68, 70, 72, 75 and 77 centimeters.

This pattern is written for a knitter with medium skills, a knitter who is familiar with stranded knitting, a knitter who is able to follow written instructions, charts and work increases and decreases.

Materials: yarn, knitting needles and stitch markers.
