A timeless shawl consisting of intricate but simple lace, edged with neat i-cord. Each lace section increases in thickness until you reach the center, where it ends up mirroring back down. Garter sections divide the lace up, giving both your hands and mind a break. A lateral braid is also featured in the center of each garter section, but can easily be omitted if you prefer to have a quicker knit. This shawl will be something to pass down again and again, with each person knowing just how much work and love went into it. Sadly I didn’t finish my shawl in time for my wedding day, but I hope that you do if this is the reason you’re making it. It will hold so many amazing memories.
