The vienna cardi is worked in rows seamlessly from top down with a cute little lace pattern on back and pockets. Neckband and front bands are worked in k1,p1 ribbing, neck shaping will be done with short rows, using the german short rows method. For the shoulders, increases will be made in every row along one seam stitch (contiguous method by Susie Myers). Sleeve increases will be done in every second row. The pockets backs are worked into the fronts.

This cute lace pattern called „Hirschgeweih / Stag“ is taken from Trisha Malcom’s book „Grundstrickmuster“.
