Volt, Swedish for “somersault” is a perfect top or vest for the little one – work it in wool for the colder days, and in cotton when the sun peaks out again!
Except for the ribbed edges there’s not a purl stitch in sight, and the whole thing is knitted in one piece – no seaming here!
Worked from the bottom up, and finished off with an unusual buttoning across the chest. Perhaps some odd buttons to spice it up? What are you waiting for!
