Window Lace Beanie
What makes this beanie unique are the ‘windows’ stacked on top of one another, complete with little ‘windowsills’ between them. Each column of windows is separated by the seed stitch.
The decrease is styled in a stained glass, cathedral pattern, gradually bringing the windows closer together until the top is tied off with a five pointed star.
This is a moderately challenging knit for those new to lace and a good way to become more familiar with this style of knitting.
This is a good indoor/outdoor beanie as it breaths well. It’s also a bit tighter and shorter than an average beanie which makes it a more casual wear. It will fit smaller to average and adult heads.
