A few months ago I was playing around with this unique stitch pattern. I made a hat with it and loved it! Recently I was going out to dinner (yea!) and brought some wine with me. But I couldn’t find a carrier for the wine. So after dinner my busy brain decided that maybe I could design one! This is the result, I am very pleased with the pattern.
This is my first crochet pattern that I am willing to put out there, so please, I ask you to be kind, if anything is written wrong or you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to me!
I have made this carrier in several different types and colors of yarn, for perspective. I do like the solid color because I feel the pattern shows very cleanly. But I also used a slightly marbled yarn (Dream in Color Classy) to see how it would look.
This pattern calls for bulky yarn, I have used bulky for a few, but I also used worsted held double. I did this so that the options would be optimal. However many strands you hold together as long as they equal a bulky weight yarn, the pattern has an almost endless possibilities.
Please enjoy!
