Winterlandia is a gender-neutral pullover, knit bottom-up in the round, in a single piece to the underarms. The front and back upper bodice portions are knit flat, and the shoulders are joined with simple horizontal mattress stitch. The front of the sweater is knit in deep U-shape, to create room for the shawl collar. The ribbed collar is picked up and worked after the fact and finished with a contrasting i-cord edge. The long sleeves are picked-up and worked in the round from the shoulder to the cuff and feature a thin purl line from the top of the sleeve to the cuff ribbing, which is used to position the applied i-cord trim when the sweater is complete. VIDEO TUTORIALS ARE INCLUDED!
