2018 Sock Club Information:

Thank you for considering joining in the 2018 Sock Clubs … here is some important information you will need to know about the 2 clubs that will be running throughout 2018.

There will be 2 club options …

• A Beginner Friendly club – The Wanderlust Sock Collection
• Along with a more Intermidate Club – The Cosy Sock Collection

The themes stem from the two sides of my personality, there is the one side that loves to go out and explore the world, to travel and see/experience as much as possible, and there is the other side of me that loves being at home all snuggled up on the sofa with my knitting and a good movie.

Each club will come with 6 new patterns and a Bonus Christmas pattern for 2017.

This bonus Christmas pattern will also be published for general purchase at the same time as it becomes available to club members as it is a bonus and not exclusive to the club.

However, please be aware if you purchase the Christmas pattern (Mistletoe Kisses) on its own and then decide to join the clubs there is no additional discount. The clubs are already heavily discounted and as the Christmas pattern is a free bonus pattern with the clubs I will not be providing any additional discount codes etc to anyone who decided to purchase that pattern on its own.

The club patterns will be exclusive to club members for the duration of 2018, and all the patterns will be released for individual sale in January 2019.

The beginner club will be great for those who are new to sock knitting or have not done much beyond simple vanilla socks. The intermediate club is great for those more seasoned sock knitters (although still perfectly manageable for adventurous beginners) who are looking for something that will expand on their sock knitting skills or are wanting some sock patterns that go beyond simple knit/purl textures.

For any patterns that have special stitches, or something more than a simple knit/purl texture to the design, I plan to record short tutorial videos on how to work those stitches.

The patterns for each club will be released on alternative months throughout the year. So they will be released in the following schedule:
The Wanderlust Sock Collection – Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, & Nov
The Cosy Sock Collection – Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, & Dec

There will be KALs running throughout the year for both clubs … there will be a single chatter thread and two Monthly FO threads for both clubs, and a Grand Prize FO thread will be opened towards the end of the year.

The pricing structure is as follows:
Please note all patterns will be priced at £4 each once released for individual sale in 2019 and percentage savings shown is based on how much you would save compared to if you were purchasing all patterns individually.

Pricing while Clubs are running (up to 1st Dec 2018) -
Individual Clubs- £18 each (25% saving)
Both Clubs - £34 together (34% saving)

Pricing after last pattern is released (after 1st Dec 2018) -
Individual Clubs- £20 each (17% saving)
Both Clubs - £36 together (25% saving)

If you purchase one club and then later wish to come back and purchase the second club your previous purchase will count towards getting the combined discount. However, please note if you purchase one club at an earlier period when they are cheaper and then decide to purchase the second club later once prices have increased then the total amount you will be charged will be based on the current combined saving amount at the time.
