Used colour B for part 1 as stated but the picture in the pattern looks like colour A was used so I might run out of colour B before all the colours changes have been made.

Changed the rhythm of the pattern in part 2 to colour A followed by colour B followed by colour A followed by colour C etc but towards the end I had to go with whatever ball changes created a colour change because the yarn colours were getting too similar to each other.

Used garter stitch for the border because I’m too lazy to do moss stitch and cast off using a 5 mm needle.

Measures approximately 64 by 33 inches unblocked.

Gauge - yarn states 4 inch square = 23 sts x 30 rows with 3.5 mm needles, my gauge (unblocked) with same size needles = 27 sts x 36 rows so I must knit tightly!

29th December 2019, finally got around to lightly blocking, wonder how long it’ll take me to sew in the ends and add the flowers?

Mid Jan 2020, failed to pick up stitches so made some crocheted flowers instead. Decided that I don’t like the flowers once sewn on. Used a 2mm hook to dc up the shawl to the left of the join. 3.5 mm hook to make ruffle, (tr, ch 1, tr, ch 1) in each dc, turn, dc in each st and ch.
