I am happy that I was able to test for Dana again!

This time she created the Suga‘Dudes!

When I look at these Dudes I think of a warm, sunny day….. sitting somewhere by the water, on a lake or on a beach promenade with the family or a couple of friends…. and we enjoy an ice cream sundae or a couple of waffles or some cupcakes …. having a great day.

Cupcake, Sundae and Waffle Dude are just delicious, decorated with Candy sprinkles, cherry, strawberry and raspberries.
As always it is a very well written pattern that is easy to follow. For the trickier parts helpful and clear photos show exactly what to do.
For me it is always great fun to start with a few stitches and to see how it works out little by little to a beautiful item.

And maybe this is helpful for someone:
With my Sundae, at first I thought I would have to do it again with fewer stitches as it turned out very high. But instead I reduced one color repeat in pink and one in white. Stretching the width of the cap and shaping it a bit shortened the height and I think it looks perfect now.

These are the colors that I used:
Cupcake
Cup: Rosa
Cake: Caramel
Ganache: Kaffee
Cherry: Claret

Sundae
Cap: Bridal White and Rosa
Raspberries: Garden Rose

Waffle
Waffle: Bast
Whipped Cream: Bridal White
Strawberry: Emerald
